The first phase of the "dry storage class" training camp of Jinruixian Manufacturing Center was successfully completed. The training lasted for 6 months and more than 40 people participated. A total of 8 trainings were organized and the closing ceremony was held on July 5. The lecturer of this course is the management team of the company. The lecturers share their fields and expertise.
After six months of learning and precipitation, the trainees have a clear understanding of themselves and make full use of the knowledge they have learned to transform the value. Some of them have been promoted, and some of them have successively put forward suggestions for improvement for the company.
The completion of the dry storage class welcomed the praise and expectation of the students. In order to ignite the energy and heat of learning, the second stage of the "elite class" is under constant preparation.
